Das vom Bundeswirtschaftsministerium geförderte Forschungsprojekt „RAN - RFID-based Automotive Network“ soll durch die Entwicklung von Branchenstandards Effizienzsteigerungen in unternehmensübergreifenden Produktions- und Logistiknetzwerken der Automobilindustrie erwirken. IdentPro contributes to the revision of the guideline VDI-4416 “Production data acquisition - Identification systems” of the VDI-Gesellschaft Fördertechnik Materialfluss Logistik – FML within the Verband Deutscher Ingenieure. Coordination lies with the Fraunhofer-Institut für Materialfluss und Logistik IML, Dortmund, Germany.
