The identPX named pocket size reader turns any terminal device with a screen and Bluetooth interface to a RFID station. identPX reads any UHF tags according to EPC global Class 1 Gen 2, the worldwide established RFID standard in industry and logistics.

All transponder data is transferred via Bluetooth to e.g. laptops or smart phones. There, via a locally installed database or a link to a central server, any data associated with the respective transponders is immediately displayed.

The tiny reader is very simple to operate – just by pressing a button. It easily fits in a pocket and makes carrying dedicated RFID terminals redundant, thus saving space and weight while increasing flexibility. Above all, identFX is very reasonably priced.

Everywhere where components, spare parts, products, etc. must be easily and quickly identified, identFX is the right choice. Today nearly any mobile computer, PDA or similar provide a screen and a Bluetooth interface, thus making RFID available virtually anywhere without special efforts.
