Offers big user memory
New UHF tags, offered by RFID specialist IdentPro, supply 8 and 4 kByte memory for customized data which represents a substantial improvement over the 512 bit commonly available. Now more detailed information on products or production processes can be supplied offline.
This is especially helpful for applications where a connection to a server is not available like e.g. maintenance work on big chemical sites. Inspection history, particularities and other important information can now directly be stored with the objects to be serviced. Also the airline industry requires lots of memory on RFID tags.
The new mount-on-metal tags withstand weather (IP68) and are compatible with the standard EPC Global Class1 Gen2. They fully integrate with respective applications. More information is available from IdentPro: Email.
