All identGALA solutions offer ability to easily add individual functions. If you want to collect information on e.g. the number of corner posts and shelves or lorry number plates and order numbers it is very easy to create the functions via a simple menu.

The new floor scanner significantly speeds up checking process

The new floor scanner is perfectly suited for unimpeded loading activities. The slim antenna modules (only 3 cm height) are flush-mounted in the flooring of the hall. This avoids any obstructions. The antenna is robust and withstands trucks passing.

No change in working habit: by simply pushing the containers over the floor scanner the RFID padlocks are automatically checked and the worker receives optical and audible feedback on the inspection result. Padlocks with a fake transponder or containers with an empty or without a padlock are immediately detected. With an optional side antenna also stacks of folded containers can automatically be inspected.

Checking stacks of folded containers automatically

The RFID gate features antennas on each side of a door. When passing the containers through the door they are automatically checked for a genuine CC RFID padlock. This works equally fine with single containers and stacks of folded containers. The inspection results are immediately presented with optical (monitor) and audible information. The maximum gate width is 3 meter.
