Integrating RFID with IT and PLC

Brains of every RFID installation is the interface to the applications that are supposed to work with the transponder data. IdentPro offers even two innovative solutions that combine highest flexibility with easy management. There is no need for special programming in order for communication of RFID readers, gates or other RFID sources with IT systems and PLC.

The RFID Control Unit identIQ and the RFID gateway identIQ.mini are open systems that support interrogators of all renown manufacturers as well as different RFID technology like UHF and HF, passive RFID, active RFID and barcode, even in concurrent operation.

Open system, central project management

The RFID Control Unit identIQ can handle up to 100 read points. It is maintenance free and can be installed anywhere, in a suitable enclosure even outdoor. Integration with SIMIATIC® S7 is optional.

RFID direkt in SPS integrieren

The RFID-Gateway identIQ.mini directly connects up to four read point with a PLC. It supports all major fieldbusses and is maintenance free. identIQ.mini is also available in a version for integrating in IT systems.
