Semi-passive RFID transponders have an integrated battery and are yet fully compatible with passive RFID technology. That means they can be used within any UHF infrastructure parallel to standard passive transponders.

Semi-passive transponders are compatible with the standard EPCglobal Class1 Gen2 and work well in any supply chain across continents.

Semi-passive UHF transponders combine the flexibility of standard passive labels with the performance of active transponders. The printed battery powers the signal for reading ranges of 20+ meters and provides reserves for excellent performance in difficult radio environments like in the presence of metal, liquids and other interferences. The battery is completely environmental friendly.

We are exclusive distribution partner for Power Transponders of the leading manufacturer PowerID for Germany.

The product range comprises a label for general applications, a card for personal applications and a hard tag for use on metal surfaces.
